Sustainability is not only about the environment. Soeco actively works towards a better society, and therefore, social responsibility and compassion are always part of how we conduct business.
As a result, we donate money or provide furniture to those in need, up to 3% of our revenue every year. This support extends both locally and to projects abroad.
For example, we assisted in building a school in the Karamoja region of Uganda. This school provides children with education, offering them an alternative to a life on the streets.
Over the years, we have sponsored women's shelters, the Childhood Cancer Foundation, Lundakarnevalen, and Musikhjälpen, as well as donated both money and furniture to numerous sports clubs.
We also assist customers in donating furnishings that are no longer desired but in demand by schools, daycare centers, associations, and aid organizations.
